all commissions are final sale.  once you paid the down payment, you can get your money back up until I start your custom.  once I start your custom painting, jewelry or outfit, the down payment can no longer be refunded.  you do not have to buy the painting/outfit or pay the rest if you do not wish to, but you will not get the down payment back.

original paintings, jewelry and handmade clothing items are also final sale and can not be returned.  sizing and measurements of any clothing items I sell will be listed in the description so make sure to check them before ordering!

damage caused to products after I ship them is not my responsibility. if an item you receive appears to be damaged from the shipping process, reach out to me with photos of the item(s) and shipping containers and I will open a case with the shipping company to try to get you compensation.

my prints are made and shipped by the company Gelato, so I do not handle them or the return issues.  but, if you have a problem with your print, reach out to me explaining the issue, include photos of the product and packaging, and state whether you would like a refund or a new print shipped to you, and I will forward that information to Gelato and get your issue worked out!
